01Can I try TOMOKO for free?

Yes. You receive 2,500 credits for 14 days from your first access, with no credit card required. You can freely combine image generation, research, presentation creation, and other tools.

02What are credits?

Credits measure TOMOKO usage. One credit is equivalent to $0.01, and each operation consumes a stated number of credits.

03What happens when the trial ends?

Generation stops, but your existing data remains available to view. Join a paid plan to resume generation.

04Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time from the Billing tab in your account. When switching between Starter and Basic, the credit difference is applied immediately.

05When do top-up credits expire?

One year after purchase. Unlike plan credits, top-up credits do not disappear at the monthly reset and roll over to future months.

06How can I pay?

By credit card through Stripe. Prices and payments are in USD.

07What is shared within a team?

Teams are designed to manage subscriptions and billing for multiple members. Owners can invite members, assign Starter or Basic seats, and manage payment details and invoices. Creative data—including tasks, projects, generated work, and memory—remains private to each member and is not shared with the team automatically.

08Which AI models does TOMOKO use?

TOMOKO uses GPT-5.6 Luna and Grok 4.5 for text; the Gemini 3.1 family and Grok Imagine for image generation and editing; Hailuo 2.3 for video; and GPT Image 2 for specification sheets and tag artwork. Care symbols are rendered deterministically rather than generated so JIS symbols remain exact. Defaults work out of the box, and supported features let you choose a model based on quality, speed, and credit usage. Availability and credit usage may change as providers update their services.

09Is my input data used to train AI models?

No. Information you enter or upload, and work generated through TOMOKO, may be processed, stored, and backed up as necessary to provide the service, but it is not reused for machine learning or other secondary purposes beyond providing the service.

10Who owns the rights to generated work?

Under the Terms of Service, intellectual property rights in work generated through TOMOKO vest in the User or Individual User—the company or person who generated it—upon creation and are not transferred to AuthenticAI, Inc.

11Which languages and devices are supported?

TOMOKO supports Japanese and English in a web browser. A PC is recommended.

12What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Data is deleted after a seven-day grace period following your account deletion request.

WHY TOMOKO

Why the name TOMOKO.

TOMOKO—also written as ともこ / トモコ—comes from the traditional Japanese female name 智子.

The character 智 means more than knowledge or simply knowing. It conveys the ability to understand deeply and judge wisely. It is also valued as wisdom (prajñā) in Buddhism and as one of the Confucian Five Constants: benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and trustworthiness.
